This interactive workshop explores the intersection of imposter syndrome and leadership transitions, with a focus on women navigating complex, male-dominated industries—particularly in STEM and energy. It’s designed for professionals at all levels, from emerging talent to seasoned leaders.
Often, women appear “unstoppable” from the outside—accomplished, driven, and high-performing. Internally, however, they may feel uncertain, unfulfilled, or disconnected from their sense of purpose. This workshop invites participants to pause and ask:
“Is it the role, the environment, or something deeper?”
Rather than defaulting to working harder, we’ll introduce tools to foster clarity, confidence, and grounded action.
Building on last year’s theme—“Take the First Step to Overcome Imposter Syndrome”—this year’s workshop deepens the conversation by shifting from awareness to embodied practice and sustained action.
