At WRISE, we know that the transition into Director, VP, and Executive roles often asks more of you than the title alone suggests. It can be both exhilarating and overwhelming—and it's a place where connection and support matter most.

That's why we're inviting women leaders into conversation. This focus group is especially designed with Director, VP and Executive level leaders in mind, yet women at all career stages are welcome. Rather than just sending out a survey, we want to hear your stories directly, gather collective wisdom, and co-create programming that truly reflects your lived experience.
