Renee is a passionate and servant leader advocating for authenticity and purpose in leadership. With over 15 years of international experience, she has excelled in supply chain management, contract negotiations, and renewable energy development, working with leading organizations in the Renewable Energy space like Urban Grid (Brookfield Renewable), EDF Renewables, Pattern Energy and Avangrid Renewables, she is currently the Director of Contracts & Procurement and Supply Chain for Urban Grid.

Renee holds an MBA from Rice University and embodies the spirit of lifelong learning. She is certified by ASCM and ISM in Supply Chain Management, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and empowering teams across diverse cultures and industries.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Renee is deeply passionate about women’s empowerment, community belonging, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. She is a baseball mom and enjoys playing pickleball with friends.
