Julia Harmatz is a C-suite Executive and General Counsel for Greenvolt Power USA, Inc., where she enjoys addressing a diverse range of legal matters related to renewable energy development projects including solar, onshore wind, and battery energy storage systems.  She brings over 25 years of strategic legal experience across the energy efficiency, cybersecurity, and e-commerce sectors (B2B and B2C), with expertise in SaaS, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, litigation, and corporate governance. Earlier in her career, Julia served as counsel for the Technology, Telecommunications and Energy Committee for the Washington State House of Representatives. She is proud to serve as Co-Chair for the Legal Industry Group for Women Executives on Boards, an alumni organization for Harvard Business School, and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. Outside of work, Julia enjoys cheering on the Red Sox at Fenway Park, running Spartan races, and is determined to master her golf swing on the course.
