Holly Adams leads Pattern’s Origination team to advance customer relationships, secure revenue propositions, and find new commercial opportunities for Pattern’s pipeline. With over 17 years of experience in the utility-scale renewable industry, Ms. Adams brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Vice President of Origination. Ms. Adams joined Pattern after 15 years with NextEra Energy, most recently serving as President of a transmission operating company where she also led a Late-Stage Transmission Development team. Her career includes significant contributions at Avangrid Renewables and distinguished service in the United States Air Force, where she achieved the rank of Captain.

Ms. Adams has secured long-term agreements and led the development of large-scale renewable and transmission projects, including a $1B infrastructure-enhancing initiative. Her expertise in navigating regulatory landscapes and identifying unique market opportunities make her a strategic energy industry leader.

Ms. Adams holds a B.A. in mathematics from Kansas State University and a M.A. in human resources management from Webster University.
