Alicia Oller is Vice President, Global Energy and the North America Wind Energy Lead at Tetra Tech, Inc.  Alicia partners with clients to support their clean energy transition.  She also serves as client service manager for several top energy clients.  She has over 30 years of professional global experience in environmental and sustainability consulting, including 19 years supporting the full life cycle of power projects including wind, solar, transmission, and storage. Alicia provides leadership, strategic vision, and technical expertise to facilitate successful energy infrastructure development.    She has effectively managed large-scale multidisciplinary renewable energy projects while fostering collaborative client, agency, and stakeholder relationships.  She continues to serve as a Senior Advisor including a focus on the environmental and social intersections of sustainability and the energy transition. Alicia began her career as a field ecologist and project manager working on a variety of land development and conservation projects.  Before joining Tetra Tech, she was Director of Technical Services for a global sustainable development certification program. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Maryville College and a Master of Science degree in Ecology from the University of Tennessee.
