Chelsea Williams is an experienced energy executive with nearly 15 years of leadership across corporate finance, corporate development and project finance execution. She has closed over $1 billion in transactions, including capital raises and M&A for both public and private energy companies. As Chief Financial Officer of Data Center Energy Solutions (DCES), Chelsea is driving natural gas-first strategies to meet the data center industry's urgent need for reliable and redundant power generation. Her career includes key roles at private equity-backed Taproot Energy Partners, where she was a member of the management team, as well as roles in corporate development at American Midstream (NYSE: AMID) and investment banking at Macquarie Capital. A Colorado native, Chelsea is a mentor to women-owned startups in Denver and holds a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University.
