Ann Collier is a Senior Manager, Emerging Technology at the Smart Electric Power Alliance. She facilitates utility and policy engagement to help SEPA's 1,000+ members meet load growth as cleanly and affordably as possible. Her work addresses a range of emerging topics including AI, data centers, clean firm power generation, and grid flexibility. Previously, Ann consulted on energy efficiency and demand response programs at Opinion Dynamics, and performed economic and regulatory analysis at Abt Associates. Ann holds an M.S. in Resource Economics & Policy from the University of Maine and a B.S. in Biology from Bates College.
