As Founder and CEO of AC Impact Advisors, she leads a boutique advisory firm that helps mission-driven businesses, foundations, and individuals develop and implement integrated sustainability and organizational strategies. Andrea’s work emphasizes stakeholder alignment, impactful partnerships, and measurable internal and community-based outcomes.

Her previous leadership roles include President of Southface Institute, Vice President of Sustainability, Global Citizenship at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and senior roles at The Home Depot Foundation and Kimley-Horn. She currently serves on several boards, including Lime Rock New Energy, GA Cleantech Innovation Hub, and Georgia Tech’s Strategic Energy Institute and Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business.
