Kevin Eppler (he/him), MTS, believes in the transformative power of education and organizing. He is a professional educator, curriculum designer, facilitator, and community organizer. Kevin co-founded WMRJ (White Men for Racial Justice), an anti-racist pro-justice community of practice in 202o. He is also a certified Program Leader with the Groundwater Institute and is a Learning Partner at The Opt-In.

One of Kevin’s true passions is leading transformative site-based immersive experiences and has led them around the world including to Montgomery, Alabama, Richmond, Virginia, India, Nepal, and Israel/Palestine. Prior to his work with WMRJ, Groundwater, and The Opt-In, Kevin spent 20 years in education, as a classroom teacher, dean, department chair, and soccer coach. He designed courses that examine the intersection of race, gender, justice, social business, social movements, and religion in both university and secondary school settings.

When he is not working to advance racial and economic equity, Kevin enjoys time with his children at their home in southeast Pennsylvania. He loves playing in a band (guitar and singing), biking, and all sorts of sports, especially soccer and football.
