Carolyn Arida is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager for Harrison Street’s Infrastructure strategy. She is responsible for portfolio construction and strategy for the infrastructure product, while also leading the firm’s origination, underwriting and asset management of power, renewables and utilities investments. Harrison Street’s $5 billion portfolio includes 3.8 GW of power & renewables capacity and 5 district energy systems, among other infrastructure investments. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Carolyn served as Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services. During her time at GE, she led new product introductions and first of their kind transactions including the first US offshore wind financing and the first Japanese solar project financing. Prior to GE, Carolyn was a Senior Associate at Atlantic Power Corporation responsible for commercial development. She started her career at GE Energy Financial Services focused on executing new power and renewables transactions and restructuring thermal, midstream and renewables investments. Carolyn holds a BA in Economics, a BSBA in Finance and an MBA from Boston University.
