Sarah Bohen is a project leader with a passion for renewable energy and a drive to find practical, solution-oriented approaches to complex challenges. At NEI Electric Power Engineering, she oversees a team of project managers responsible for delivering engineering projects across substation, transmission, solar, and battery storage systems—ensuring alignment across teams and confidence from clients. Prior to NEI, Sarah led a team of project engineers at RES, where she supported wind and solar transmission and distribution builds while streamlining internal processes between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
