Dallas Manson is the Head of Development Management at GS Power Partners (GSPP), with over a decade of experience in distributed generation and battery storage development. In her role, she focuses on portfolio evaluation, pipeline optimization, and cross-functional process integration to accelerate project timelines and reduce development risk.
Before joining GSPP, Dallas held leadership roles at Nexamp and RWE, where she led the successful development of more than 185 MW of distributed generation and community solar projects across the Northeast. She is known for her strategic thinking, process-driven approach, and commitment to mentoring the next generation of clean energy professionals.
Dallas holds a B.S. in Communication and Environmental Studies from Denison University.
