Lora Chante is an Electrical Engineer with MSc in Renewable Energies and a Master in Business Administration (MBA). She is currently leading the Operations and Maintenance team of Avangrid Power, responsible for Operations and Maintenance of 10GW of onshore renewables fleet, and she has been in the energy industry for 20 years. She is passionate about driving operational excellence through collaboration and continuous improvement with focus on people, processes, and health and safety. On her free time she enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors.
