Cameron Benton is a Clean Energy Recruitment Specialist based in Brooklyn, New York, and the founder of AnnAllen Talent, a freelance recruitment business built on strong, transparent client relationships. She currently serves as Chair of the Community & Participant Engagement committee for the WRISE Leadership Forum, where she's helped coordinate the forum's wellness, networking, and Brave Space activities alongside a dedicated committee of volunteers.

Beyond her work with WRISE, Cameron is an active member of Out in Climate and a content contributor for The Energy Academy, where she shares insights on recruitment trends in the clean energy sector. Outside of her professional world, Cameron performs in a New York City cover band and enjoys writing music and hosting game nights with friends.
