Her interest in sustainable recruitment began at Elon University, where she studied Human Resources and Business Management and explored the intersection of people, business, and purpose. Before joining Viridan, Anna gained experience in people operations and organizational development, which shaped her people-first approach to recruiting and relationship-building.

Now based in Los Angeles, Anna enjoys playing on the beach in Venice, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
