• Refunds will be granted for ticket purchases up to 90 days from the date of purchase
• All refund requests must be submitted by August 1, 2026 in order to be considered.
• A $50 processing fee will be applied to all approved refund requests
• Refunds will not be available after the 90-day period or after August 1, 2026. However, you may transfer your ticket to the next conference or substitute another colleague in your place.

We welcome you to bring a large group to the conference! Please read below for our policy regarding registering large groups. 

• Qualifying ticket amounts: 5-50
• Discount Rates (from standard rate only; starting April 25, 2026):
• 5-10 tickets: 15% discount
• 11-20 tickets:  20% discount
• 20+ tickets: 25% discount
• To qualify for the group rate, they must be all in one transaction.
• Manual Sales Policy stated above, applies to the Large Group Manual Sales Policy
