Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be granted for ticket purchases up to 90 days from the date of purchase
- All refund requests must be submitted by August 14, 2025 in order to be considered.
- A $50 processing fee will be applied to all approved refund requests
- Refunds will not be available after the 90-day period or after August 14, 2025. However, you may transfer your ticket to the next conference or substitute another colleague in your place.

We welcome you to bring a large group to the conference! Please read below for our policy regarding registering large groups.
- Qualifying ticket amounts: 5-50
- Discount Rates (from standard rate only; starting May 5, 2025):
- 5-10 tickets: 15% discount
- 11-20 tickets: 20% discount
- 20+ tickets: 25% discount
- To qualify for the group rate, they must be all in one transaction.
- Manual Sales Policy stated above, applies to the Large Group Manual Sales Policy
